- Take 2-3 glasses of fruit juice daily.
- Always chew each morsel of food properly before swallowing.
- Decrease intake of saturated fats (animal products) and increase essential fatty acids (nuts and seeds).
- Do regular physical exercises like yoga, walking or other sports activities.
- Don't ignore the urge to defecate.
- If your bowel habits are changed, consult with your doctor.
