Health Tips for Constipation


  • Take 2-3 glasses of fruit juice daily.
  • Always chew each morsel of food properly before swallowing.
  • Decrease intake of saturated fats (animal products) and increase essential fatty acids (nuts and seeds).
  • Do regular physical exercises like yoga, walking or other sports activities.
  • Don't ignore the urge to defecate.
  • If your bowel habits are changed, consult with your doctor.
