Aim of Diet
- To increase level of calcium & vitamin-D.
- To increase the protein & vitamins rich foods.
- To promote the intake of antioxidant rich foods.
- To promote the intake of phosphorous rich foods.
6.00am: Green juice/Lemon honey juice
7.30-8.30am: Ragi puttu-250g/Wheat dosa-2 + Vegetable chutney-50gm + Sprouts(green gram, channa)-50gm / Broken wheat upma-200gm+Mint chutney-50gm
11.00-11.30am: Liquids-Buttermilk, Citric juices-200ml/ Tenderr Coconut water / Banana milk shake-200ml
1.00-1.30pm: Millets-200gm/Rice-200gm/Boiled/Steamed Vegetables-50gm/Butter milk-100ml/Lady's finger curry-50gm/Spinach curry-50gm/Green peas curry - 50gm/Fruit salad-200gm(Apple,Guava/banana,grapes,orange)
4.00-4.30pm: Vegetable soups-150ml/Spinach soups -150ml/Orange juices-150ml/Wheat Grass juices-200ml
8.00-8.30pm: Ragi dosa-2no's/Chapatti-2No's/Boiled veg-50gm/Green gram dal-50gm.
